QuestMore

Integrated by Design

Commissioned for Uptime

Drawn Line by Line

QuestMore is the systems integration studio of Shaanxi Wenduo Network Technology Co., Ltd. We plot, build and commission the control architecture behind industrial operations, so that every sensor, controller and operator screen draws from one coherent design rather than a folder of disconnected drawings.

QuestMore works from its studio at Building 2, Unit 1, Room 1601, Chongwen Jiayuan District 2, Chongwen Town, Jinghe New City, Xixian New Area, Xian, Shaanxi 710000, China. We design computer integrated systems for industrial clients who need fewer handoffs and tighter feedback loops. The result is one commissioned machine, not a stack of unfinished diagrams.

What We Draw and Deliver

Six disciplines, one integrated system

Computer integrated systems design is our single trade. QuestMore takes an operating plant, utility or logistics fleet and reduces it to a set of signals, loops and decisions that can be engineered deliberately. The paragraphs below explain each discipline and how it fits the whole. More detail lives on the services page.

Our first discipline is Control System Architecture. Before a single tag is configured we map the process, decide where control lives and how it fails safely. That work is documented as an architecture, not left in someone head, and it becomes the reference for every later drawing. You can read the full method on the services page.

The second discipline is SCADA and Telemetry Integration. Remote assets report through radios, cellular links and fibre, and we make those links behave like one dependable network. Operators see live state, not a delayed summary, whether the asset sits across the yard or across a province.

The third is Industrial Data Pipelines. Readings are cleaned, timestamped and routed into historians and business systems so that engineering and finance finally argue from the same numbers. We treat data movement as engineered infrastructure with owners, tests and alarms.

The fourth is Human-Machine Interface Design. An operator should read a screen in seconds under pressure. We design the mimic, alarm and trend displays around the decisions people actually make, then test them with the crews who will run the plant.

The fifth is Legacy System Modernization. Proven machines deserve a second life. We wrap existing controllers with modern communications, replace what is unsupportable and keep production moving during the changeover. Every legacy migration is planned around a defined cutover window.

The sixth is Commissioning and Round-the-Clock Support. A system is not finished when it powers on. We prove it against the design, tune it on real load and stay reachable when the night shift calls. Round-the-clock coverage is part of the deliverable, because uptime is the only metric that matters once the plant is running.

Program Sheets

The stack of work we hand over

Each program sheet below is a deliverable package in the QuestMore method. The sheets slide down the page the way a plotter releases finished drawings, one after another, at slight offsets. The inverted sheet marks the point where design becomes field work.

Control System Architecture

We define the control hierarchy, redundancy strategy and fail-safe behaviour before hardware is ordered. The output is an architecture drawing set that every later discipline follows. It covers network segmentation, controller placement, power and the decision rights of each layer. See the services page for the full sequence.

P1

SCADA and Telemetry Integration

Radio, cellular and fibre links are integrated into one supervisory layer with consistent polling and failover. Remote terminal units are configured, tested and documented so that field technicians can service them without guesswork. The services page details our telemetry workflow.

P2

Industrial Data Pipelines

This sheet stays dark because data work runs day and night. We clean, timestamp and route readings into historians, dashboards and enterprise systems, with monitoring that flags a broken feed before the morning report does. The services page shows how pipelines are tested.

P3

Human-Machine Interface Design

Mimic displays, alarm pages and trend tools are designed around operator decisions and validated with the crews who will use them. We reduce alarm floods and place the important number where the eye lands first. The services page describes our interface review sessions.

P4

Legacy System Modernization

Existing controllers are wrapped with modern communications, unsupportable components are replaced and cutover is scheduled around production, not against it. We keep the proven mechanical assets and modernise the nervous system around them. The services page lists the migration stages.

P5

Commissioning and Round-the-Clock Support

We prove the system against the design, tune it on real load and remain reachable every hour of the year. Support agreements cover response windows, spare strategy and periodic health reviews. The services page explains what a commissioning package contains.

P6

QuestMore opens its quarterly integration review slots for plant operators and utility engineering teams. Bring an existing site and leave with a plotted modernisation path. Book through the contact page or call +16692579342.

How a Project Runs

From first survey to steady state

Every QuestMore engagement follows the same disciplined sequence, whether it covers one production line or a fleet of remote sites. The stages are deliberately visible so that clients always know which drawing is on the bed.

1. Survey and Scope

We walk the plant, read the existing drawings and interview the operators. The output is a scoped problem statement and a measured baseline for uptime and data quality.

2. Architecture and Design

Control architecture, network design and interface layouts are produced as reviewed drawings. Nothing is purchased until the design passes its internal review.

3. Build and Integrate

Panels are assembled, controllers configured and telemetry links proven on a bench before anything touches the live process. Data pipelines are tested with synthetic load.

4. Commission and Support

Cutover happens inside an agreed window, followed by tuning on real load. Support then continues around the clock under a written response agreement.

Why This Studio

One machine, drawn line by line

Integration projects fail for human reasons far more often than technical ones. A vendor owns the radio link, another owns the controller, a third owns the database, and nobody owns the moment a night operator cannot see tank level. QuestMore exists to remove that gap. Shaanxi Wenduo Network Technology Co., Ltd. operates QuestMore as a single studio where architecture, telemetry, data, interfaces and commissioning are held by one accountable team.

We are deliberate about the industries we serve. Plants, utilities and logistics fleets reward integration because their equipment is already instrumented, already critical and already expensive to stop. Our engineers spend their time on control logic and clean data rather than speculative platforms, and that focus shows up in shorter cutovers and calmer control rooms.

If you are planning a greenfield facility, a plant expansion or a fleet telemetry programme, the contact page lists our email, telephone number and studio address. We answer enquiries during business hours and we keep a duty line for clients already under support. Every engagement begins with a survey, because good systems are measured before they are drawn.
